Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment reviews requests for relief from zoning regulations in cases of hardship and hears appeals as permitted by city code and Nebraska law. The Board conducts its duties in accordance with Nebraska Revised Statutes and acts on matters requiring variances, exceptions, and zoning appeals.
